How a set is made
ForEVA builds on more than ten years of experience making EVA car mats, and launched in the US with a library of over 6,200 vehicle patterns and the full range of colors from day one.
- EVA foam with a density of 60 Shore — cheap analogues use about 30 Shore.
- Factory-style fasteners for cars that have retention points; hook-and-loop backing for those that don’t.
- Aluminum fittings for badges and heel pads, so they don’t corrode.
- Floor clips that hold the mat without damaging your carpet.
We measure every pattern ourselves to cover as much of the floor as possible, and the library grows every week — we take measurements even on rare cars. Every set passes three stages of quality control before it ships.
