Orders and shipping
How long does production and shipping take?
Each set is made to order in 3 business days, then shipped with tracking. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.
Where do you ship?
We ship free of charge to all 50 US states and DC with UPS. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
How can I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them.
Can I change my order after paying?
Contact us before production starts and we will update the colors or set. Once cutting starts we can’t change it.
How do I check my order status?
You’ll get emails when your order is confirmed and when it ships with tracking. For anything else, contact us with your order number.
