Can I return a custom set?
You have 30 days to try the mats. If you are not satisfied, contact us first — most fit issues are solved by the correct installation. Returns are accepted with the original packaging, no signs of use, and your order number on the package. [Confirm return shipping costs and refund terms.]
What if a mat arrives damaged or defective?
We replace it as quickly as possible and cover the delivery. Email us photos and your order number.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a 1-year warranty covers all components, including the fasteners, badges and heel pad fittings. How long mats last depends on use; with normal driving they serve for years.
